Email support@bodot.tech. Please describe what happened, the screen you were using, and your iOS version. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, or sensitive photos.

MatterFit is designed to support Sign in with Apple and U.S. phone-number verification. If verification fails, check your network connection and confirm that the phone number and country code are correct before requesting another code.
Reference photos
The product flow asks for structured face and full-body reference photos. Follow the on-screen framing and lighting guidance. Use the in-app replacement controls if a photo is unclear.
Retailer links
MatterFit is not the seller and does not process orders or payments. Availability, pricing, checkout, delivery, returns, and refunds are handled by the external retailer you choose to visit.
Account deletion
The product design includes deletion controls in account settings, including a recoverable deletion path and an immediate permanent deletion option. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@bodot.tech from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify the request before acting.
